Refund policy

Because we sell books, we do not generally accept returns for items that arrive in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at NaturalWorldPublications@gmail.com.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Photo evidence showing the damage or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement copy at no additional shipping cost to you.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving instructions won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are not generally offered for books that arrive in good condition.

If a refund is approved in a special case, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
